When looking over the SOW, make sure you ask...
I just want to help anyone else moving to OneWorld avoid the situation we are in now.
We are currently moving from NetSuite 2008.1 to OneWorld.
In a remarkable twist, the SOW has become a serious problem for us. I am writing this only to WARN others who are considering a switch.
In one paragraph, it literally says that NetSuite will move all Open TRANSACTIONS to our new system.
When we saw transactions, we assumed that meant POs, SOs, etc.
It did not. It meant Items, Vendor and Customers. Make sure you ask about this, it can cost you a lot of time and/or money if you don't~
