Exchange rates - to update or not to update

Dear Fellow NS users,

I am using NS One World. The subs have different currencies:
ANG, USD, and EUR.

I want the exchange rate between USD and ANG fixed.
But the exchange rate between USD and EUR updated daily
and the exchange rate between ANG and EUR updated daily.

How do I indicate this in NetSuite?

USD  update yes/no?
ANG  update yes/no?
EUR  update yes/no?

If I select automatic update for EUR, which exchange rates will be updated
automatically? EUR to ANG? ANG to EUR? EUR to USD? USD to EUR?


Any help is greatly appreciated.
