Replacing the Entire Chart of Accounts (COA)

We have a brand new OneWorld account, with no transactions or any other kind of records entered into it. We want to completely replace the current COA (as provisioned for a new acct) with a complete COA to be imported using CSV.

Is there any reason we should NOT delete all of the current COAs?

Or is there a better way to replace the entire COAs?
