Subsidiary Restrict View Error

Hey Guys,

We've just upgraded to mc3 and some of the report snapshots that previously worked are now throwing up and error asking us to set the Subsidiary Restrict View in the user preferences before viewing the report.

It seems to be happening with custom reports specific to support cases.  I've checked all docs and all it says is that there may be instances where this needs to be set!

Any ideas why this is showing up and how we can get around it?

The subsidiary has been set for both the role and the employees in question. 

Even with Full Access this error is thrown up.
