OneWorld MLI Defect

I currently have a pending case #711618 pertaining to defect #143503 which does not allow me to distribute inventory with a OneWorld account, however, MLI is mandatory with a OneWorld account. I am currently working in the sandbox for the account and my client is in need of a fix ASAP so we can get the live account up and running. Any ideas on a fix?
