Duplicate Vendors

Hi -
We're adding a subsidiary (conversion work in process).  This is our first subsidiary that will have some of the same vendors as the parent company has.

It's a wholly owned subsidiary, so all info must be able to be kept separately.

I don't know what to do for a duplicate vendor.  The sub and the parent are in the same state, so there are several duplicates.  For example:  Verizon.  Both companies use Verizon, yet I can only set up one Verizon, due to the 1:1 relationship limit on Vendor:Subsidiary.

I will want to know how much we paid Verizon at any time - and also know what portion of that amount was Parent, and what portion was the sub.
