Editing Transaction Email Templates for Subsidiaries

I am having a challenge locating where I can edit the subject line for sales order confirmations sent from a subsidiary.

The subject line always defaults to the Company Name, which is the parent (i.e. Parent Company: Sales Order #274108) and I would rather see it as the subsidiary (i.e. Subsidiary: Sales Order #274108).

I was able to edit the body of the templates to remove the Parent, just not the subject line.
