Accepting Payments through Top-Level Customer

Hey Guys,

We have a major issue after upgrading our account to MC3 and that is the option to have a parent or top-level customer responsible for child accounts has fallen away.

This is an issue as we work with partners who are financially responsilbe for the clients that they bring us.  

Without this function, we are unable to produce customer statements or accept payments from our partners and apply them o invoices raised against the customer.

Any ideas...???  PLEASE!
