Print Business Number on Forms

Hi Guys

How do you print a subsidiaries business number on an invoice assigned to that subsidiary?

I have ticked the field in "Printing, Fax & Email Preferences" however all that does is bring the business number from the main company information form onto the invoice.

I actually need the business number which relates to the subsidiary to pull through onto the invoice.
