New Subsidiary Creation

We are just implementing One World. Can someone give me an idea of the effort that it took them to set up an entire subsidiary upon implementation. We are going to be setting up or configuring 8 subsidiaries in Germany, UK and US. What was your experience in the few short paragraphs. Just getting a feel for this.
