Restrict User Notes
I am having an internal process issue with User Notes.
Employees can create and then go back and edit notes. Netsuite does not track these changes. This is a BIG problem. I removed the EDIT ability, but employees can still create a note and change the DATE to whatever they want. This is an even bigger problem because now I have hundreds of notes per customer that are date jumbled. It’s a nightmare.
Why on earth does Netsuite allow a note to be created and the user to select a Date other Thant the current- even select a date years in advance! ????
