Pref Location and One World

Hi,

We migrated from a single company instance into One World. The items were all assigned to a preferred Location, but now when we go and edit an items we get this message,

The subsidiary restrictions on this record are incompatible with those defined for location: Main Warehouse. Subsidiary access on this record must be a subset of those permitted by the location.

So, we cant edit items???? Unless we remove the Pref Location?
