Nexus: Cannot create a new nexus (error: record already exists)
I'm just about at my wits end. I still cannot create a new Nexus in my OneWorld account.
Filed a case ten months ago, on 1/4/2010.
Defect 174266: Setting up a new Nexus throws This record already exists
Latest update on this "defect" is from September 2010:
Status changed from Open - Resolution TBD to Open - Under Investigation
Very frustrated. Any insight as to how I can get my Silver Support to actually bear fruit and get NetSuite to make my OneWorld instance functional again?
