Multiple Locations

Hi,
Can any one please explain how to deal with multiple location orders. I mean
under customer record form I would like to see Inventory “Location” field, so that when I do an inventory order (Submit PO to Vendor) for multiple locations, the item should ship to the location based on the selection made in the customer record form.
