Opening New Office in Europe - OneWorld?

Hey--

We are opening an office in Germany and we have the mid-market edition of Netsuite.

Things we need to do:
Able to track and separate costs, revenue per office.
Rollup- GL's and financials (P&L, Balance sheet)

Should I be considering an upgrade to One-world? Does the location field suffice or is that better served for inventory?
