Subsidiary setup
HI all,
We have got confused in subsidiary setup :h_a_w:
We have a company structure which includes the parent company and 2 subsidiaries.
NSO Inc(Parent Company)-located in USA
NSO UK(Subsidiary 1)-located in UK
NSO LK(Subsidiary 2)-located in Sri Lanka
All these three companies work as business entities. We should be able to enter transactions and do all the things for NSO Inc as we do for other two subsidiaries- NSO UK, NSO LK. In other words NSO Inc is also an operational company. Not a dummy company. When doing subsidiary setup we are not sure of the correct way that we should follow out of below two ways.
