How does one world deal with subsidiaries

   I have been chatting with Olivier Gagnon in a separate post about the abilities of One World.  He has been incredibly helpful, but he was not sure on was the way that OW handles purchase price of items, so as not to over use my life time supply of questions with Oliver, I am putting the question to the great UG and I am adding on a little extra on cost price.

   I am going to simplify our operation for you quick, we are a group of wholesaler, with a group office that oversees the higher administrative tasks and IT functions, for the purpose of this example I will say we have two branches, which will become subsidiaries in OW.  We want to have a common DB of items shared across both subsidiaries, each subsidiary will do its own purchasing from their a local supplier.
