Multiple Franchise Locations

Hello,

Our company is a service-based franchise company using OneWorld. We have a few business owners who operate multiple franchise locations. Presently none of these franchisees have adopted NS yet, but will soon be coming on-board.

What has been your experience - are we better setting up two separate subsidiaries with an elimination account, to allow for consolidated reporting? Or, can we just use departments within one instance of NS to separate the sales information (the more critical data) between the franchise locations? Currently, these franchise owners are not operating each franchise as a separate legal entity.

Thoughts? Feedback? Ideas? Recommendations?
