Cannot Save Item Record in One-World

I get the following error when edit and save a record (no changes made).

The subsidiary restrictions on this record are incompatible with those defined for location: Canada. Subsidiary access on this record must be a subset of those permitted by the location.

We are testing out OW in our sandbox and I've the location which corresponds to the subsidiary on the location record....
