Budget vs. Budget vs. Actual

Hey team,

New to the forum, so apologies if this has been answered previously and I've missed it.

I'm looking for a way to build a report where I can see actuals compared to two different budgets. We've set up one budget category to be our overall 2016 forecast, and another to be our 2016 budget. I'd like to see actuals v. forecast v. budget by defining two separate budget categories on the report.

Is this possible? I'm open to creative solutions.
