Unbalanced TB

Several years ago, someone posted manual entries to account 3190 (the auto CTA). Now, there are two CTA accounts - one with the manual entries and one that NS auto calculates. When we run a consolidated TB - the TB is out of balance by the balance of the manual balance. Any idea how to fix this. These manual entries predate a change in control, which triggered fresh start accounting....NS support hasn't really been any help.
