Intercompany Inventory Dropship

We have submitted Case #1641199.

After the upgrade, the intercompany Inventory Dropship order does not work, but support said the way it works before is defect. But it generates special order instead.

Here is what support inform us:
A:We support the following drop ship work flow:
1. Sub A creates a SO for a customer
2. System generates an intercompany drop ship PO for Sub A based on the SO in step 1.
3. An intercompany SO for Sub B is generated from step 2.
4. Sub B ships the order to the customer.for Sub A.

B:We do not support the following:
1. Sub A creates an inter-company PO
