COGS and Assets for Inventory Items per subsidiary

Hi All,

I am currently working on a OneWorld implementation and have come across a issue that is driving me crazy.

I have 3 subsidiaries and one parent company.

Each of the subsidiaries is a independent company and I wish to show the following per subsidiary
 
    
   
   
  
  
   
   
  
  
   
   
  
  

COGS Account 5140-CN Cost of Goods Sold :
Asset Account 1131-CN Inventory Total Value
Income Account 4140-CN Gross Sales :

   
However this is becoming apparent to me very quickly that it is almost impossible.

I have the following countries to deal with currently.

Australia

Hong Kong

China

The USA is to follow.

To add to this i have different transfer prices depending on  dispatch / purchasing location.
