Site category problem

I posted the following in a different section:

The items of one of our furniture range appears under the wrong tab, although they show the right site category in the site manager ("http://www.4living.co.uk/" in the Brighton Cream items). This just happened without us doing any changes. Could this have anything to do with the recent Netsuite update? Is there any place where we would log a support issue with Netsuite? It is rather important that the issue gets resolved very soon.
