Technical Support line down?
I called the Gold Tech Support number a little while ago and got a rep on the line; explained my issue and she mentioned she'd call me back if we got cut off. Not one minute later, that's exactly what happened. Btw, a few minutes later I noticed that the case was logged - and closed, even though it hasn't even been started yet.
Then I tried to call the Gold Support line again, and after a bunch of rings, I got this message: "The person you have attempted to reach is unavailable. To end this call press 1, or stay on the line for assistance"...which apparently took me to the main NetSuite line..... who said they'd forward my message to the Support Manager.
