Support Center not showing correct issue status?

When an issue is fixed, shouldn't the status be updated in the Support Center?

I was just viewing our list of issues in the Support Center and noticed that the status for one of them (issue 123184) is "Open - Fix Undergoing Testing".... but it was fixed and released a month ago.
