The hold times are bad enough but...

if you are going to keep us on hold for such long periods update the music!  This short jazz tune on a loop is driving me mad.  If you can't provide a stream of some sorts then at least pick something that is more than a couple minutes long to place on a loop (FREE BIRD!!!):D .  I have halfheartedly issued an enhancement request (#635513).  Join the movement, if you value your sanity while on hold.

If interested in the specifics of my latest support encounter they are as follows:

Hold Time: 47 minutes
Support Time:  1 hour and 40 minutes
Issue:  Resolved
