NetSuite Support Center Roll
I'm trying to give access to the NetSuite training to new employees.
I've assigned NetSuite Support Center Roll's which show up in the employee access records.
However, the employees do not see the roles displayed as an option.
In other words, they cannot select NetSuite Support Center Role and cannot access the training.
Please help.
