Gold Support Cost
Hi All,
We received our reminder that our contract ends in 50 days...
Reading the new contract you may see that NS charges you for a Gold Support and also everytime that you want to add more users NS will charge you the same cost Gold Support...
I think this is ridiculous, it is not fair to charge us a Gold Support in an anual contract and in individual basis.... IT IS A DOUBLE CHARGE.
We have more than 20 cases pending and i don't see quality here...
Everytime that i called i need to fight with support reps that try to file my cases as enhancement when they are defects.....
