Good things happening
Like others in the UG, I've voiced my frustration with Support on several occasions, and I know there is more room for improvement, but in the interest of fairness I want to say that I'm seeing some good things happening lately. The v2007 issues are being given serious attention (in the last couple of days alone I've gotten a flurry of issue status updates), and I've also noticed that NS employees are promptly and diligently responding to questions and issues in this forum...even more so than before, it seems.
