Static Support Line ....Then Disconnected
Is anyone else experiencing staticy or garbled sounding auto-attendant prompts? This has been like this for about a week or so.
Also I get disconnected all the time when on hold waiting for a tech to pick up. Is anyone else experiencing this? We are using the Silver Support Line.
I believe NetSuite is using Contactual. Is it NetSuite's phone lines or Contactual having issues?
Please FIX this!
