NetSuite Silver Support Issues
We have the Silver Support package and we have been having issues getting through to support all day.
When I do finally get through, every call has been dropped in mid-conversation. (which only adds insult to injury as my average hold time is 30-45 minutes)
During my last call, I told the rep that the phone quality was poor (no static but cuts in/out and then finally drops the call). He said he would report this to his supervisor.
This is my 5th attempt to get through to support in the last 60 minutes. Sitting on hold with the music playing - the volume spikes very loudly every 45-60 seconds.
