Where are my cases listed???
I have many open cases with netsuite support. I even received a telephone call about one of them- a speed related case. They said to please screenshot the "double-click time report" alert window and attach the image to the case. WELL netsuite, I have no "support center" link in my user account. My administrator does, but she gets permission denied errors when she tries to access it.
PLEASE tell me how I can see our cases, update them, and/or attach documents to them.
