Phone System IVR not capturing/passing the account number
I've noticed for the last week that the Support Phone system IVR is asking for the account number, but then I am again asked this information once I get to speak with a tech.
Redundancy is just a pet peeve of mine, why ask to enter this info on the phone if the person is going to ask it too? Sounds like something is broken.
Also, I call in all the time and my contact information has never changed.
