Support Hours not Clear
In the NetSuite UI, if you select the following:
1) Support
2) Contact Support by Phone
The last line states:
"To contact us, please call 1-877-***-**** 9AM - 9PM EST, Monday to Friday"
EST = Eastern Standard Time
EDT = Eastern Daylight Time
ET = Eastern Tim
9am EST = 10am EDT.
To make it a touch more confusing, when you call into Gold support after hours, the message says, please call in 6am - 6pm Pacific Time.
0
