Just wanted to say thank you to NetSuite for helping us with what we thought was a particular, potentially sticky issue.

When we put out the request for help, NetSuite Support Staff contacted us immediately, and showed us how to resolve our problem.

This wasn't a defect-related issue, but a support issue, and the bottom line is NetSuite was able to help us.  Thank you for the support and assistance.
