Silver Customer Issue

My company has Silver support and I do not have a number to call as we are to file our cases on line.  The support rep usually calls me a time that is not a business time for the Central US time zone or a time I have specifically requested them to not call.  They then request that I return their call, but they do not leave a number and I do not have a number to call them.  It is very frustrating to then sent the email and start the circle over again.  Any suggestions?
