"On July 3rd NetSuite will be expanding it's blah blah blah" - not only is it a waste of my time, it's not even accurate.  It makes reference to expanded options that will be available soon in the online support form.  They already are there and have been for over 6 months.

It's like calling your bank with a very specific question and listening to the recording tell me my balance, my last deposit, when my next payment is due, etc.
