Grievance/complaint process??

Folks,

I'm curious, when you're at the end of your rope with NetSuite and your sales rep only engages you in discussions that might represent more $$, is there anywhere within NetSuite to turn?

Does a customer service department even exist? Is there a grievance/complaint department?
