Support refusing to take my support call

Hello,
We have Silver support through NS, which includes telephone support. But when I dial in now, I get a message that says I don't have telephone support.

And since I can't get anyone on the phone, I am not able to get support on this support problem.

Can anyone help?  I'm very frustrated.  I spend a lot of money a year to have Silver support with telephone access.
