Update the Telephone Routing PDF
It seems that 75+% of the time when I call about a Saved Search issue with Accounting I get transferred to another queue, with the rep saying I entered the wrong queue.
I always enter the following:
7) Dashboards, Search & Reporting
1) Dashbaords, Search & Reporting on ERP/Accounting
Doesn't this seem logical? Why do I always get transferred to this:
1) Accounting & ERP
2) AR, Fulfillment & Order Processing.
I don't see anywhere on the PDF where it says that option relates to Searches/Reports. Please update so we aren't always being transferred and having report our contact info is the same.
