Ability to Upload Files Through Online Case Forms

Did you know you can attach files when you enter cases with NetSuite Support through your online case forms?

This capability allows you to attach screenshots, pictures, or other files that can help support reps resolve your cases.

Simply go to the Support Tab, click Customer Service, then Contact Support Online.  Once you fill out the necessary information click the Choose a File button to upload any relevant files.

For NetSuite Customers who are using CRM, you can setup similar functionality for your customers.  Ask your CRM Support Rep or view this thread located in Sales / Marketing / Support & Service Product Area for more details.
