Revamped Support Phone Tree
In case you didn't notice yet, NetSuite did a major overhaul of their support group's phone tree. It's flatter and all the search/dashboard/report issues have been moved to the product areas (accounting searches in the accounting group, CRM dashboards in the CRM group, etc.). To check it out, go to Support > Customer Service > Customer Support Menu Options.
So far the only thing I don't like is Time Tracking shows up under option #1 & #2, with no explanation of which one you should use. (Per a support rep, time tracking related to payroll is #2, but time tracking for everything else is #1).
