Support Center - STILL ne case search?

How am I supposed to find an older case to reopen it?  I went to the support center and there is still no search functionality.  Does NetSuite expect me to call support and waste my time?  Should I "export to CSV", use excel to find it and waste my time or should I waste my time emailing support with a request?

How would NetSuite like me to waste my time Today finding a case?
