Frequent Account Manager changes
Has anyone else experienced being frequently bounced around with account managers at Netsuite? Do you know why they keep doing this? We have been with Netsuite for less than 2 years and have automatically had our account manager reassigned now for the fourth time!
This doesn't bode too well with either continuity in terms of good customer service or signifies something else that may be troublesome: very high turnover at the company?
