E-mails regarding Renewal Estimate

So, I keep getting e-mails saying I should check out my renewal estimate and sign it, but there is no estimate in my customer center.  Over the last two months, I've sent e-mails and left phone messages for my salesperson with no response.  Is this happening to anyone else?  I'm a month away from renewal with no deal in place.  Anyone know who I should call?
