SuiteIdeas voting broken

I was surprised to find no mention of this issue. In SuiteIdeas, if you click on a "Vote for this Idea" button, you get a popup where you can rate an idea from 1 to 5 "light-bulbs". However, the submit button is hidden. In Firefox you get a thin 1-pixel sliver of the submit button, with the rest hidden by the non-resizable popup box. If you position your mouse exactly right, you can just barely click it. It's not quite as bad in IE and Chrome, but I think many wouldn't notice that there's a button that needs clicking.

Or is something wrong with my computer? Have others noticed this?
