Can't Reach Support At All

We have partner support. When I click the Support tab and go to visit SuiteAnswers, it opens the NetSuite home page in every browser instead of SuiteAnswers. I tried the direct link to SuiteAnswers, but it doesn't have the link to contact support.

So, I emailed support@netsuite.com. I get a canned response back that the email is not monitored.

I called the partner support line, and I have now been on hold for.....1 hour and 45 minutes.
