Release 2012.1 - Report Scrolling Problems

After the 2012.1 release we are having issues scrolling reports.

Reports on the collapse all setting are able to scroll fine; however when grouped record is expanded, the report is limited to 1/2 the report data range and will not allow scrolling to the bottom of the report.

Consistent across both IE and Firefox.

Others have same issue and are there known fixes available?
