Suggestion for a new subforum

Hello,

I think that a sub forum that is set up for new users would be helpful.  In this subforum you can have basic forum guidelines and also tips on how to find information using the search.  Also, this would be a great place to put useful FAQ for more basic questions so that users will go here to find out answers quickly rather than posting a myriad of questions in the main topics unnecessarily.
